Procurement and Shipping Associate

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for the procurement functions of the company. Ensures that goods and services are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Support effective purchasing process flow and inventory management.
• Actively seek suppliers and sources of sample items required by internal clients.
• Coordinates with local suppliers to ensure timely pick-up of purchase orders.
• Issues fuel, supplies, spare parts, petroleum, oils, lubricants, and other petroleum-based products.
• Monitors the price of fuel products and updates superiors to provide real-time and accurate information for better decision-making.
• Prepares and delivers accurate reports according to set reporting standards and timelines.
• Strictly observes 5S in the office and the warehouse and ensures safety in the workplace through strict compliance with all safety policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities delegated by superiors to support dynamic business requirements. 

Here's what we're looking for:

• Graduate of any four-year business course.
• Must have knowledge of basic purchasing procedures and inventory management.
• Demonstrated efficiency in canvassing and sourcing materials.
• Reliable, flexible, and trustworthy in handling procurement transactions.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Should be diligent, persevering, honest, and have a strong work ethic.
