About the job ERM-GO Validator
Purpose of the Role:
The role requires regular field visits to gather data and provides assistance to the ERM - GO Supervisor in monitoring and conducting validations in the operational activities of the Growing Operations to determine adherence to standards, processes and policies of the Department.
Here's how you would make an impact:
- Implements regular validation or monitoring procedures related to Package of Technology (POT), Non-Tobacco Related Materials (NTRM) and Records Verification.
- Coordinates with the Growing and Agronomy Groups within their area of responsibility to implement scheduled validation, particularly with regards to the agronomic aspect Seedling
- Production, Field monitoring and other POT. Assists in determining the extent of compliance with established standards, policies and processes of the department validated within their area of responsibility.
- Ensures the accuracy, completeness, timeliness of validation report and submit findings and results to immediate superior. Conducts record-verification activities to determine veracity and reliability of information from Growing Operations and Farmers.
- Conducts regular field visits to determine adherence of Growing Operations and Farmers to operational and agronomic policies and processes.
- Documents validation findings thru operational incident reports (OIR) and ensure follow-ups to determine recurrence.
- Validates red flag tickets tagged as completed by GO to determine the accuracy and effectiveness of the action taken by GO personnel.
- Documents and reports ALP/STP violation during field validation and subsequently conducts unannounced visits to farmers with ALP violations and/or operational issues to verify recurrence of such issues or incidents if there is any.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
Here's what we're looking for:
- Graduate of a Business or Agricultural course, or related technical courses.
- Other courses with related work experience may be considered.
- Fresh Graduates with good academic records may be considered.
- Experience in a similar role or industry (preferably field works).
