Safety Marshal

Purpose of the Role:

The Safety Marshal is responsible for ensuring compliance with company safety policies, promoting a safe working environment, and preventing workplace accidents and incidents.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Conduct Daily Safety Observation Reports
• Perform Safety Audits focused on unsafe acts and unsafe conditions
• Investigate and document Incident Reports
• Impose and recommend violations and corrective actions for unsafe practices
• Ensure proper inspection, availability, and maintenance of all firefighting equipment
• Monitor and review CCTV footage for safety and security compliance
• Promote safety awareness and compliance across all areas of operation

Here's what we're looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Criminology/Bachelor of Science in Nursing/ Any 4years course graduate

• Preferably with knowledge or training in Basic Occupational Health and Safety
• Flexible and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
