About the job Legal Supervisor 2
Purpose of the Role:
Leads administrative, fact-finding, and internal investigations related to employee misconduct, policy breaches, operational incidents, and other matters requiring legal review. Ensures all investigations are carried out impartially, discreetly, and in full compliance with company policies and applicable Philippine laws.
Here's how you would make an impact:
- Conduct impartial fact-finding investigations on employee misconduct, policy violations, and workplace incidents.
- Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses; gather and secure evidence in accordance with chain-of-custody standards.
- Analyze findings and prepare clear investigation reports and case summaries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, the Labor Code of the Philippines, and due process requirements.
- Draft affidavits, notices, and memoranda, and coordinate with HR on disciplinary actions and policy updates.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in legal management, Political Science, Criminology, Psychology, or any law-related field; law units or paralegal certification are an advantage.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in legal, HR employee relations, corporate investigations, compliance, audit, or related fields; experience in administrative cases and due process is preferred.
- Strong analytical, fact-finding, interview, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and corporate policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, objectivity, and sound judgment.
- Capable of working independently under pressure and managing multiple cases effectively.
