ERM-GO Validator

Purpose of the Role

This role involves ensuring compliance with established standard and provides assistance to the Enterprise Risk Supervisor1 in monitoring the operational activities of the Growing Operations to determine adherence to standards, processes and policies of the Department.

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct FBA Audit, Drones GPS validation, Fertilizer Audit, CPA validation, Curing Barn Sufficiency validation, NTRM validation and other related activities requested by immediate superior.

What We're Looking For

1. Education: Other courses with related work experience may be considered. Undergraduate is second priority.
2. Experience: At least six (6) months experience in a similar role or industry (preferably tobacco). Fresh Graduates an undergraduate with good academic records and good moral character may be considered.
3. Skills: Good Interpersonal Relationship, Oral and Written Communication, Interviewing and Reporting, Tact and Diplomacy, Time Management, Basic Computer, Driving.
4. Licenses: Driver's License - 1 restriction
