Purpose of the Role:

The Warehouse In‑Charge is responsible for supervising daily operations in the Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse. The role ensures that standard procedures are consistently followed, resources are optimized, and workflows run smoothly to support overall factory performance.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Receiving Inventory from Final Packing – You will oversee the proper receipt of finished goods, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely documentation.
• Storage of Finished Goods – You will manage systematic storage, proper labeling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Issuance for Resorting, Inspection, and Shipment – You will supervise the issuance of goods for resorting, quality checks, and shipment, ensuring correct handling and minimizing errors.
• Inventory Records – You will maintain accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date inventory records.
• Inventory Counts – You will conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventory checks to reconcile records and identify discrepancies.
• Warehouse Cleanliness and Orderliness – You will ensure the warehouse is consistently clean, safe, and well‑organized in compliance with standards.

Here's what we're looking for:

• At least college level, preferably a college graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing
• Must have passed the HR Psychometric Examination for Warehouse In‑Charge positions
• Knowledgeable in manpower supervision and basic report generation
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Skilled in manpower management and task delegation
• Possesses initiative, optimism, confidence, and leadership
