GO Technical Assistant

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As a GO Technical Assistant, you will provide support in the execution of spraying operations, including preparation, mixing, and application of crop protection agents, while also assisting in the accurate collection, recording, and reporting of operational data for monitoring and documentation purposes.

Heres how you would make an impact:

• Ensures that all spraying-related data per farmer and per crop cycle are accurately documented using drone/storm capturing forms, and that daily accomplishments are promptly reported to their immediate supervisors.
• Assists the spraying equipment operator during field operations, including the correct mixing and loading of Crop Protection Agents (CPAs), and serves as a spotter to ensure safe and efficient application during spraying activities.
• Ensures proper handling, issuance, and disposal or retrieval of CPAs in compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations to mitigate any potential negative environmental impact.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior or management, as required by operational needs.

• A degree in Agriculture, Business, or any related technical field.
• Must possess a valid Drivers License.
• Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Demonstrates a high level of commitment to the role, with a willingness to work beyond regular working hours when necessary.
• Open and flexible to assignments across any of the Growing Operations Areas, particularly in Isabela, as required by the company.
