Purpose of the Role:

To oversee the various sections of the production department and ensure that standard procedures are consistently implemented while optimizing the factorys resources and operations.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• You will oversee the Conditioning Section to ensure proper preparation and handling of tobacco materials.
• You will supervise the Sorting Section to guarantee accurate classification and quality consistency.
• You will manage the Bundling and Pre‑packing Section to ensure efficiency and adherence to packing standards.
• You will monitor the Fermentation Process to ensure proper control of quality parameters.
• You will oversee the Final Packing Section to ensure products meet customer and company requirements.
• You will support the Warehousing Unit by ensuring organized, safe, and efficient storage of products.
• You will coordinate Shipment Activities to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods.

Here's what we're looking for:

• At least High School Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Knowledgeable in manpower supervision and basic report generation
• Good public speaking and communication skills
• Skilled in manpower management and task delegation
• Demonstrates initiative, optimism, confidence, and leadership
