Purpose of the Role:

The Stock Piler is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, scanning, recording, and physical arrangement of all tobacco inventories and related items inside the warehouse. The role ensures that all incoming and outgoing stocks are properly logged, scanned, and processed according to schedule to support smooth warehouse operations.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Scan and record inventory tags for all stock movements.
• Maintain updated stock cards and daily inventory logs.
• Prepare accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing items.
• Ensure proper stacking and organized arrangement of warehouse inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments for scheduled stock movements.
• Prepare operational requirements needed for daily warehouse activities.
• Support smooth and on-time processing of all inventory transactions.
• Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to support warehouse operations.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Bachelors degree in any four‑year course (Accounting, IT, or any related course is an advantage).
• Competent in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and follow work schedules responsibly.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work well with warehouse teams.
