PDS Interviewer

Purpose of the Role:

The PDS Interviewer shall be responsible for the farmer interview during buying.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Assists in clerical works and performs as farmer interviewer during the period of buying either through face-to-face procedure or through phone call with which the data being collected shall be encoded by the same through ULFS.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management from time to time.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Graduate of a college course, preferably in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Studies, or related fields
• With no experience required or at least six (6) months of experience in:
  • Administrative, secretarial, or clerical functions
  • Research, record-keeping, and data encoding
• Knowledge in the following is an advantage:
  • Tobacco industry operations
  • Local dialect
  • Research and data-gathering techniques
  • Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Compliance monitoring and internal audit
  • Systems analysis and design
• Strong competencies in:
  • Interpersonal relations
  • Planning and organization
  • Communication (oral and written)
  • Strategy formulation and decision-making
  • Coordination, reporting, and presentation
  • Time management
  • Pertinent computer skills
• Proficient in:
  • Records keeping
  • Correspondence and business writing
