ACU & REF. Technician

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC) systems, including ventilation equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety across all company facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain ACUs in office and warehouse facilities
• Perform cleaning, troubleshooting, and installation of units
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
• Conduct emergency repairs and preventive maintenance
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Perform other tasks as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Graduate of Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related technical vocational course
• 1-2 years of HVAC experience with strong diagnostic skills
• TESDA NC II certification in RAC or any HVAC-related certification
• RAC technical training and familiarity with the Philippine Electrical Code
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
