TLES Supervisor

The primary purpose of the Production Supervisor is to oversee and lead the pilot-scale to full-scale production of the Tobacco Leaf Extraction System (TLES) for nicotine manufacturing. The role ensures that all production processes, chemical parameters, and operational controls comply with established quality standards, customer specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

This position plays a critical role in supervising extraction operations, coordinating closely with Quality Control and Engineering teams, and ensuring optimal equipment performance. The Production Supervisor is responsible for maintaining process efficiency, monitoring analytical results, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that all production outputs meet required purity, yield, and consistency targets
