Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of farm inputs (such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural supplies) to designated areas of responsibility.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Safely operate trucks to transport farm inputs to various delivery points.
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of agricultural supplies.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers.
• Handle farm inputs with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Assist in basic vehicle upkeep such as fueling, cleaning, and minor checks.
• Uphold professionalism and represent the company positively during deliveries.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior or management, as required by operational needs.

Here's what we're looking for:

• High School or College Level
• Must have Professional Driver's License (restrictions A to C/1,2,3)
• Experience in driving and Elf Truck (a small to medium-sized truck)
• Must be willing to work within flexible schedules & open to assignments across any growing operations area (Isabela Area only).
