Purpose of the Role:

The Technical Staff provides essential support to the operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and organized processing of documentation and data related to farm inputs and tobacco operations. The role assists the immediate supervisor in monitoring stocks, maintaining proper records, and completing administrative requirements that contribute to efficient warehouse and field operations.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Maintain accurate stock monitoring by ensuring alignment between physical counts and recorded inventory of farm inputs and tobacco items.
• Process and complete administrative and transactional documents promptly and accurately, following company standards and timelines.
• Provide direct support to the immediate supervisor in preparing, consolidating, and organizing all documents related to farm input issuance, receiving, transfers, and tobacco handling transactions.
• Organize, file, and maintain updated records for audit readiness and operational transparency.
• Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior to support ongoing operations.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Graduate of a Business-related course, Information Technology, or other fields relevant to operational documentation and data management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office, with strong capabilities in monitoring, encoding, and analyzing data.
• Strong communication skills, effective in both oral and written communication.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with colleagues across different levels.
• Must be diligent, detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
