Purpose of the Role:

The Sampler is responsible for collecting representative tobacco samples from various stages of production within the factory. This role ensures that sampled materials accurately reflect product quality and moisture levels throughout the manufacturing process. The Sampler also supports production and quality operations by following standard sampling procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that all activities are performed safely and efficiently.

Here's how you would make an impact:

You will complete sampling activities across the following key areas:

• Collect tobacco samples from the Receiving area to verify initial quality and condition.
• Gather samples from the Conditioning area to monitor consistency and moisture levels.
• Obtain samples from the Bundling section to ensure proper preparation of tobacco for processing.
• Sample fermented tobacco to evaluate quality development and compliance with standards.
• Collect drying‑stage samples to confirm moisture accuracy and stability.
• Secure samples from the Final Packing section to verify product quality before shipment.
• Support trial or experimental production by providing accurate sampling as required.

Here's what we're looking for:

• At least college level, preferably a college graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing
• Basic knowledge of moisture content in agricultural products
• Physically fit; able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Honest, responsible, dependable, adaptable, flexible, and a strong team player
