Purpose of the Role:

The Training and Personnel Development (TPD) Technical Staff supports the TPD Associate by assisting with training documentation, data input, and coordination. This role helps facilitate training activities and ensures that training results are accurately recorded, organized, and tracked.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Tabulate and maintain the Training Matrix to ensure updated and accurate records.
• Prepare accomplishment reports and other training‑related documentation.
• Analyze and summarize training content to support performance evaluation and reporting.
• Assist in training facilitation, logistics, and session setup.
• Coordinate and communicate with process owners and stakeholders regarding training schedules, requirements, and updates.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Graduate of any 4‑year course related to Communications, Business, Education, or related fields
• Background in document handling, data organization, and team coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; creative thinking is a plus
• Well organized, detail‑oriented, focused, meticulous, and diligent
• Shows initiative and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
