Industrial Mechanic

DUTIES:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
• Fabricate and install new parts as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
• Perform field service visits to address equipment issues on-site

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role
• Must have Welding experience TIG and Fusion welding.
• Industrial Machine Mechanic for a full-time position in our shop. Tasks include but not limited to:
  • Machinery assembly / trouble shooting / rebuilding
  • Blueprint reading
  • Steel Grinding / polishing (stainless and carbon)
  • Hydraulic assembly / troubleshooting (Must)
  • Machining various parts
  • Bearing installation/replacement
  • Seal assembly (mechanical / lip / packing)
  • Gearbox assembly / trouble shooting / rebuilding
  • Shaft/motor/gearbox alignment
  • Limited electrical wiring (motor/switches)
• Must have driver's license.
