Production Manager

Qualifications:

Our client is seeking someone to oversee daily assembly and sewing operations of their flag and banner manufacturing facility.

Overseeing 20 people.

Collaborate with customer service and sales departments to identify and resolve quality concerns.

Become subject matter export on banner and flag assemble and finishing.

Use production planning and scheduling to limit material shortages.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Must Have:

• Experience in the embroidery industry.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish
• Experience managing or overseeing a production team (20+ people)
