Senior 3D Modeler

Professional with technical or higher education and advanced experience in REVIT, responsible for updating the 3D model for an industrial engineering project, performing the following functions:

• Specific Experience: Development of 3D models as an advanced REVIT user for detailed engineering projects of industrial plants, covering all disciplines (civil, structural, architectural, mechanical installations, piping, electrical installations, etc.). Minimum experience of 6 to 10 years.
• 3D Modeling in Construction Phase: Updating the model during the construction phase, with the ability to create families and templates for drawing presentations.
• Model Coordination: Integration of models from different contractors into a unified model, performing clash-checks, preparing clash-reports, and managing contractors to implement necessary changes to resolve clashes, following up until final verification of resolution.
• Team Management: Ability to lead a small team of REVIT modelers.
• Experience in Projects in Spain: Knowledge and experience in large projects carried out in Spain will be valued.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordination with all technical disciplines (structural, civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, piping, IT, etc.).
• Meeting Organization: Organizing and leading 3D model review and update meetings with the support of the technical team.
• Language: English B2 level.
• Location: Valencia Province, Spain.
• Contract Duration: Approximately 18 to 24 months. Expected start date: January 2025.
