Our client is a global digital advertising company that helps connect leading platforms with advertisers and markets worldwide, providing media sales, digital marketing, and technology solutions. Representing the world's leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
What You'll Do
- Client Onboarding and Support: Partner with Client Partners to pitch to and onboard digital performance agencies and direct advertisers, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft Ads.
- Campaign Setup and Optimization: Assist clients with campaign setup, optimization, and budget planning to help achieve their advertising goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the Microsoft Advertising team and internal teams to resolve technical and ad policy issues, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
- Operational Management: Handle contractual setup, invoicing, and Microsoft Ads account setup to ensure all processes are accurate and timely for each client.
What You'll Need for this Role
- In-depth experience working at digital performance agencies.
- Experience in running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus).
- Structured and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Czech.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is CZK 699,520.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
