We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) with CAT II / CAT III certification to join their growing team in Malaysia and support their expanding customer base across Southeast Asia.
This is a strategic, customer‑facing role responsible for service delivery, customer success, and technical support for industrial clients across multiple sectors. The role requires strong technical expertise in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance, combined with excellent customer management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead condition monitoring and predictive maintenance programs for industrial customers
- Provide technical service support, diagnostics, and recommendations for rotating equipment
- Own customer success and service delivery across Southeast Asia
- Manage customer relationships across Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, and other regional markets
- Deliver professional consultations based on vibration analysis and condition monitoring data
- Coordinate closely with internal engineering, analytics, and service teams for project execution
- Support installation, commissioning, and customer training activities when required
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long‑term engagement
Skills & Qualifications
- CAT II or CAT III certification in vibration analysis / condition monitoring (mandatory)
- Strong hands‑on experience in predictive maintenance and industrial reliability programs
- Proven ability to manage enterprise / industrial customers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work diplomatically with multinational and cross‑cultural customers
- Industry exposure to one or more of the following:
- Manufacturing
- Oil & Gas
- Cement
- Power
- Automotive
- Heavy industries
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as required
