About the job Global Compensation Benefits Specialist

Heres the deal.

Our client is looking for someone who gets a kick out of numbers, patterns, and fairness. This isnt about pushing policies down peoples throats. Its about making sure our people across six countries Turkey, India, Hungary, Germany, Indonesia, and Tanzania are paid fairly, rewarded consistently, and that leadership has the insights to make smart calls.

Youll be part of our client's HR Centre of Excellence, reporting into the Global C&B Assistant Manager. No direct reports for now. But youll be working across borders, with HR and Finance teams who rely on you to make sense of complex data and turn it into something clear.

What youll actually do here:

  • Pull and crunch data from SAP and Hyperion to tell the story behind our workforce turnover, hires, departures, trends.
  • Prepare and present reports that dont just tick boxes but actually help managers make decisions.
  • Support the bonus and salary review cycles collecting data, checking it, running the numbers, and making sure it all adds up globally.
  • Be the one who keeps us honest on salary benchmarking, working with Korn Ferry, Mercer, WTW and others.
  • Help shape global HR policies that work not just in theory, but in Turkey, Germany, or Indonesia equally well.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting and forecasting: FTEs, promotions, bonus accruals, people costs.
  • Spot pay equity issues, test different bonus models, and play out what if scenarios to help the business make smarter decisions.
  • Look for ways to automate and simplify reporting because no one wins from copy-pasting data all day.

What were looking for:

  • Around 23 years experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, ideally with a global or multi-country view.
  • Solid with numbers and detail. Advanced Excel is a must. If you know your way around dashboards, even better.
  • Comfortable with systems like SAP and Hyperion or at least curious and fast to learn.
  • Exposure to salary surveys, job evaluation, and grading (Hay, Mercer, WTW).
  • English thats strong enough to work with global teams daily.
  • Someone who can balance detail-orientation with deadlines because accuracy matters, but so does timeliness.

What youll get out of this:

  • A genuinely international scope: your work will touch six countries and counting.
  • The chance to shape fair and competitive rewards for thousands of employees.
  • A role where your analysis and reporting actually drive leadership decisions.
  • Experience with global consulting firms (Korn Ferry, Mercer, WTW) and exposure to different markets practices.
  • The space to improve processes, introduce automation, and leave your mark on how we do C&B globally.

This role is for someone who wants to move beyond local HR admin and play a part in building global consistency in how people are rewarded. If youve ever thought: I know I can make HR data more meaningful, and I want to see my work influence real business choices, this is the job.
