Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead

Location: Madrid, Spain
Reporting to: Global SVP, Treasury & Fintech

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead to take end-to-end ownership of a global card issuing, working capital and embedded finance solution.

This is a highly commercial product leadership role combining product strategy, P&L ownership and sales leadership. 

What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, value proposition and lifecycle
• Lead international expansion across Europe, Middle East, APAC and beyond
• Own the product P&L, revenue targets, pricing and commercial performance
• Develop propositions across commercial cards, spend management, working capital and embedded finance
• Lead and support the Product Sales Specialist team
• Act as the senior product expert in strategic customer discussions
• Drive go-to-market strategy across Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology
• Manage strategic relationships with issuers, processors and financial partners

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in card issuing, commercial cards, B2B payments and/or embedded finance
• Experience owning and commercialising payment or financial products
• Solid understanding of payment flows, issuing ecosystems, FX, interchange and corporate payments
• Experience with P&L and revenue ownership
• Track record of product launches and/or international market expansion
• Strong stakeholder and external partner management experience
• A hands-on, commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in digital media, advertising or adtech is a plus
