Our client is a global supplier of high-quality diesel and gasoline.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Accountant to join the core team in Istanbul. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing international structure from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Support tax filings and compliance with local regulations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., auditors, tax advisors)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar accounting role in Türkiye
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Fluent in Turkish; working proficiency in English is a plus
