⭐About Our Client
Our well-known customer is a global leader in adhesives, beauty care, and home care products.
We are looking for an experienced Supply Planner for our client.
- Responsible for weekly supply planning of Finished Goods (FG) and Traded Goods (Finished Goods imported from other continents to IMEA) materials
- Communicating with various people/functions across the region. Regular follow up with 3Ps as well as other henkel plants about weekly production plans, production priorities, issues etc.
- Checks order confirmations and follows up on open orders, monitors punctuality and delivered volumes; if any preponement is needed, works in close cooperation with 3P teams and others to take prompt action to avoid delays,
- Escalates availability and delivery issues with suppliers, especially if shortage could be an issue for customer line stop
- Leads S&OE meetings twice in a month to ensure necessary actions are in place. Leads the team in terms of scrap process and PO monitoring activities process improvement.
- Ensures that the FG & TG portfolio is supplied in the most cost-effective way, kept at target service and inventory levels,
- Ensures the KPIs are aligned with the targets (Write-off, Slow Mover, DOS, Customer Service Level) and portfolio is supplied in the most cost-effective way, kept at target service and inventory levels. Prepares weekly and monthly reports about those KPIs,
- Maintains material master data and planning parameters; defines safety stock norms, reduces slow- and non-moving products in IMEA.
Candidate Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or related departments
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in supply planning, ideally in FMCG and/or Chemical sector
- Advanced user of MS Office applications, SAP know-how is desirable
- English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
