Our client is a U.S.-headquartered global accounting and advisory firm with over 20 years of international experience, serving individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporations across 4 continents. The Role:
They are seeking a Sales & Business Development Associate to join their growing international team. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and developing business opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen, strategic communication, and client relationship management skills in a remote, fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business leads, leveraging CRM tools and data-driven strategies.
- Develop and implement sales plans that drive revenue and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted business advisor.
- Analyze market and client data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company in meetings and virtual events.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success.
- Excellent command of English and Turkish (written & verbal).
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to ambiguity.
- Willingness to work during U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in accounting, finance, or CPA firms.
- Familiarity with GAAP, financial reporting, or tax systems.
