Our client is a fast-growing mobile ad tech company specializing in in-app programmatic advertising. Their Demand-Side Platform (DSP) empowers advertisers to efficiently reach their target audience across mobile devices. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Sales/Business Development to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Head of Business Development & Sales to lead our commercial strategy and partnerships in China. You'll grow our client base, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with advertisers, publishers, and agencies.

This role requires deep knowledge of ad tech, mobile gaming, and programmatic advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow revenue across China through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, agencies, and ad tech partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and represent Chinas market needs to global teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales and account team.
  • Work closely with product and marketing to align local strategy with global goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the digital advertising, programmatic, or ad tech industry.
  • Strong network of senior-level relationships with brands, agencies, and ad tech partners (DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of the Chinese digital landscape, including mobile, programmatic, and performance marketing trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both in English and Mandarin.
