About Our Client

Our client is a global digital advertising company that helps connect leading platforms with advertisers and markets worldwide, providing media sales, digital marketing, and technology solutions.

We are looking for a "Business Head - Pinterest" for their organization in Korea.

About Our Client

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of Account Managers and Client Partners to exceed quarterly revenue targets for Korea domestic and export revenue.
  • Set sales goals, build performance forecasts, analyze historical data, and optimize strategies to consistently achieve targets.
  • Serve as the primary senior contact for major advertisers and agencies; build influential, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies and programs that accelerate acquisition and retention of Pinterest's direct advertisers and agency partners.
  • Establish operational processes that enable the team to work efficiently and grow revenue at scale.
  • Communicate progress and strategic updates across global time zones in a clear and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams, including product, marketing, and operations—to ensure seamless alignment.
  • Represent Pinterest at local industry events, speaking on behalf of the business and strengthening market presence.
  • Motivate and develop talent, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the relationship with Pinterest's vendor partner and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media sales, online advertising.
  • Motivated in leading teams toward ambitious revenue goals.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with scaling operations, building processes, and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent change.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and sales productivity tools.
  • Experience working with agencies or resellers (a plus).
  • BA/BS degree required.
