Creative Content Creator (App)

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a talented Creative Content Creator (Capcut efficient) to join our Creative team and produce fast, engaging short videos ads for our mobile games & apps.

You’ll use CapCut / in-house AI generation tools to transform raw footage, creative briefs, and trending formats into thumb-stopping content for Reels, Shorts, and UA channels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Video Content Production

• Create and edit short-form videos using CapCut effects, transitions, stickers, text animations, and trending audio to produce high-impact, platform-native videos.

• Produce multiple variations quickly to support A/B testing and rapid creative cycles.
• Actively explore new CapCut templates, trending formats, transitions, and editing techniques to stay ahead of content fatigue and drive better performance.
• Use AI tools to support assets production, speed up ideation, style exploration, pacing improvements, and asset generation.
• Adopt new AI workflows (AI generation, auto-captions, layout suggestions, AI cuts, etc.) to increase speed and consistency.
• Recommend useful AI tools to improve team output and streamline production.

Collaboration & Quality Ownership

• Transform creative briefs into polished deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Provide constructive ideas and feedback during creative discussions.
• Ensure videos meet technical requirements, platform specs, and internal quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of experience in video content creation for apps, mobile content, social media, entertainment, or performance marketing.

• Proficient in Capcut, or similar tools, footage filming process.

• Experience with or strong willingness to adopt AI tools for editing, ideation, rotoscoping, asset generation, pacing assistance, or workflow automation.

• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, rhythm, and visual clarity.

• Ability to break down an app user flow and highlight key value points through editing.
• Experience using (or willingness to quickly adopt) AI tools for video editing, ideation, or enhancement.

• A strong visual eye—composition, motion, timing, typography.

SOFT SKILLS

• Able to work under fast iteration cycles and tight deadlines.

• Strong ownership mindset—drives tasks to completion with accuracy and attention to detail
• Open to feedback, proactive in asking questions, and comfortable sharing creative ideas.

• Curious, adaptable, and eager to upgrade skills (AI tools, new editing techniques, creative trends).
