R&D Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead R&D team and overall product development direction
• Manage end-to-end NPD from concept to commercialization
• Develop formulations, shelf-life studies and technical documentation
• Drive innovation, renovation and cost-quality improvement projects
• Oversee recipe transfer from headquarters to production
• Conduct trial runs, scale-up, and process validation
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve process efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with QA/QC on product quality and compliance
• Recruit, develop and coach R&D team members
• Improve R&D processes, systems and documentation
• Provide technical input for management decisions

Ideal Candidates

• R&D experience in food product development or technical role
• Practical experience in food manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of food formulation, product development and processing
• Good understanding of food safety regulations and requirements
• Background in in Food Science, Food Technology or related field
