Planning Manager

What You'll Do

• Plan and ensure timely delivery and shipments.
• Maintain DOI and control aging inventory.
• Manage MPS for production and procurement.
• Oversee raw screw purchasing and deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and update inventory.
• Oversee fastener and surface treatment inventory.
• Monitor forecasts, POs, and inventory variances.
• Control outsourcing to prevent excess inventory.
• Review inventory aging and EOL parts.
• Support RTV and RMA activities.
• Lead PMC and Controller teams.

Ideal Candidates

• Strong production planning and capacity management skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and delivery timelines
• Experience as Senior, Asst or Manager in manufacturing
• Background in metal, fastener, or hard disk manufacturing
