Production Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily production and ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan production schedules and manage overall capacity.
• Manage line leaders, manpower planning and shift arrangements.
• Monitor material usage, wastage and production costs.
• Track production output, yield and working hours.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
• Train, manage and evaluate production staff.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve production issues.
• Drive improvements in production efficiency, processes and capacity.

Ideal Candidates

• Production experience in electronics or battery manufacturing.
• Experience as Line Leader / Team Leader, with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of production planning, process control and quality management.
• Willing to undergo 1 month of training at China Headquarters.
