Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

What You'll Do

• Ensure supplier parts comply with customer requirements
• Review PPAP and First Article reports before submission
• Identify and address part quality issues
• Collaborate with supplier on corrective actions through VCAR
• Conduct on-site supplier audits to perform root cause analysis
• Manage sorting activities related to supplier material quality issue
• Train inspectors on inspection procedure and measurement
• Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment and gauges
• Prepare monthly Lot Acceptance Rate reports for suppliers

Ideal Candidates

• Practical experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Engineering
• Background in manufacturing and supplier management
• PCBA / EMS industry exposure highly preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & IATF 16949 standards
