What You'll Do

• Lead quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards
• Support Top Management in business planning and strategy execution
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
• Work with departments to improve processes and resolve issues
• Monitor market trends, business risks, and regulatory changes
• Train staffs on business processes and management systems
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Perform other duties assigned by Top Management

• Experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience managing QA/QC teams
• Familiar with customer audit, quality system and improvement initiative
• Experience dealing with customers and quality-related projects is a plus
