Outlet Manager – F&B Operations

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily F&B operations and outlet performance
• Manage staff scheduling, manpower, stock, wastage and cost
• Track sales, productivity, and operational metrics
• Recruit, train and develop the F&B team
• Be hands-on on the floor during peak hours
• Ensure food and beverage quality, including coffee and bar
• Work closely with culinary and bar teams on quality
• Suggest new menus, promotions, and concepts
• Support brand campaigns and product launches

Ideal Candidates

• Practical experience in experience in F&B operations
