Production Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Lead production team to meet output and quality targets
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve bottlenecks
• Monitor absenteeism, scrap rate, and workplace discipline
• Ensure timely order closure and daily VA targets
• Maintain 5S, safety and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate with engineering, material and management team
• Drive improvements in quality, cost and risk control
