• Proven experience in precision engineering, advanced manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience managing an factory / end-to-end manufacturing operations.
• Practical experience in P&L ownership, budgeting and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and drive business performance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operational excellence.
• Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
