Production Manager

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage daily production schedules.
• Oversee production flow, manpower and output.
• Ensure production meets quality and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse and QC/QA.
• Monitor productivity, wastage, rejection and downtime.
• Lead and develop supervisors, operators and production teams.
• Resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.
• Develop and improve production SOPs and processes.
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality and cost control.
• Track production KPIs and report performance to Management.
• Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping and equipment standards.

The Ideal Profile

• Production experience in a manufacturing envirotment
• Experience in Building Materials / Extrusion / PVC is an advantage
• Hands-on and comfortable working in a factory environment
• Familiarity with AutoCount / Production Systems is a plus
