HR Executive

What You'll Do

• Handle daily HR operations and respond to staff enquiries
• Manage disciplinary matters and counselling sessions
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes
• Maintain employee leave, attendance and probation record
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Support conflict resolution and staff engagement initiative
• Coordinate internal and external training programs
• Organize onboarding programs for new hires
• Monitor staff certifications relevant to F&B operation

Ideal Candidates

• Practical experience in Human Resource functions
• Experience in F&B or multi-outlet retail environments is a plus
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act
