Production Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production plans based on forecasts, orders and capacity.
  
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to manage disruption.
• Assess material needs based on the production schedule.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery to prevent stoppages.

• Allocate resources effectively, including machines, manpower etc.
• Optimize shift schedules and line balance to boost output.
• Work with internal teams to meet production targets.
• Ensure smooth flow of materials between production stages.
• Drive process improvements to reduce waste, time, and cost.
• Maintain and update ERP planning modules with accurate data.
• Ensure data accuracy for BOMs, routings and production orders.
