Assistant Welding Engineer

What You'll Do

• Develop and improve production work processes
• Create work instructions and design fixtures
• Develop WPS and manage WQT programs
• Improve welding process capability and product quality
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
• Collaborate on new products, customers and technologies
• Maintain safety standards and 5S practices
• Attend customer meetings and resolve quality issues
