Process Engineer (Heat Treatment)

Your Roles. 

• Ensure all production processes meet customer quality specification requirements.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety requirements.
• Ensure all production line maintenance is carried out according to the plan
• Ensure all Operational Instructions, FMEA and process KPOV and KPIV are included.
• Evaluate the OI inspection process PFMEA+ and improve the severity scoring.
• Establish all OI and update the CMR when changes occur.
• Design and analyze process capability, including metallurgical analysis.
• Responsible for customer quality complaint improvements and 8D report submissions.

Ideal Candidates .

• Practical experience in production quality control and process improvement.
• Knowledge of FMEA, PFMEA, OI, KPOV, and KPIV.
• Skilled in process capability and metallurgical analysis.
• Experience handling customer quality complaints and 8D reports.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance.
