Operation Executive (Customer Service & Logistics)

What You'll Do

• Acknowledge customer and sales inquiries promptly
• Update order, delivery and collection status in system
• Prepare purchase orders, delivery orders and quotations
• Arrange and coordinate shipment logistics.
• Follow up internally on pending issues
