About the job Account Executive
What You'll Do
- Handle accounts for a group of companies.
- Prepare payment vouchers, cheques and bank transfers.
- Process daily receipts and ensure timely bank deposits.
- Issue accurate credit notes to customers.
- Maintain general ledger with proper accruals and matching.
- Prepare journal entries with necessary documentation.
- Perform month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Assist in accounts receivable and payable tasks.
