What You'll Do

  • Handle accounts for a group of companies.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, cheques and bank transfers.
  • Process daily receipts and ensure timely bank deposits.
  • Issue accurate credit notes to customers.
  • Maintain general ledger with proper accruals and matching.
  • Prepare journal entries with necessary documentation.
  • Perform month-end closing and financial reporting.
  • Assist in accounts receivable and payable tasks.
