SMT Engineer

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain SMT machines and supporting equipment
• Troubleshoot placement and soldering issues
• Perform calibration and preventive maintenance
• Support corrective actions to meet KPIs and MBOs
• Ensure ISO 9001/14001 compliance and quality standards
• Coordinate with Department Head on production matters
