Assistant Supply Chain Manager

What You'll Do

• Support in manage procurement and warehouse operation
• Supervise and motivate supply chain team to meet target
• Source direct materials and monitor indirect purchases
• Ensure PO issuance complies with company procedure
• Coordinate with R&D on new material sourcing and approval
• Collaborate with QA on new supplier and material approval
• Ensure accurate receipt, issue and documentation of raw material
• Support external warehouse and SAP accuracy with Indirect Buyer
• Ensure warehouse hygiene and food safety (FEFO & FIFO)
• Follow up on food safety audit requirements

Ideal Candidates

• Practical experience in supply chain or procurement functions
• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP system
• Background in food processing is an added advantage
