NPI Manager

We are collaborating with a leading precision manufacturing company to fill the position of NPI Manager. This opportunity is perfect for candidates with experience in program or project management within the consumer electronics industry and those ready to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Review new programs, special requirements and production capabilities
• Conduct meetings, work with other teams for new product / process development
• Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate cost for sample and manufacturing support
• Lead supplier development / quality improvement for new products
• Work closely with other departments / vendors on manufacturing capability, capacity, quality assurance, new processesLiaise with customer on manufacturing capabilities, processes, specifications, prepare DFM
• Ensure samples, customer trial build delivery are on schedule
• Prepare production quantity for proto and evaluation builds until mass production
• Prepare manufacturing cost estimates of new products, capital investments, resources and other requirements to make the program successful
