Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead operations of WWTP, scrubber, RODI and waste operation
  • Ensure compliance, maintenance, and improvements
  • Monitor and report performance on schedule
  • Manage DOE legal reporting (OER, eSWIS, stack emissions)
  • Coordinate equipment installation and reconfiguration

  • Update documentation and change control processes
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor chemical use and treatment and drive improvements
  • Oversee budgeting for operations, maintenance and CAPEX
  • Conduct mock drills for compliance readiness
  • Analyze performance and lead corrective actions
  • Report issues and propose solutions to engineers
  • Maintain spare parts inventory to prevent downtime
