Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead operations of WWTP, scrubber, RODI and waste operation
- Ensure compliance, maintenance, and improvements
- Monitor and report performance on schedule
- Manage DOE legal reporting (OER, eSWIS, stack emissions)
Coordinate equipment installation and reconfiguration
- Update documentation and change control processes
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor chemical use and treatment and drive improvements
- Oversee budgeting for operations, maintenance and CAPEX
- Conduct mock drills for compliance readiness
- Analyze performance and lead corrective actions
- Report issues and propose solutions to engineers
- Maintain spare parts inventory to prevent downtime
