What You'll Do
- Support in daily operations and strategic HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports to support business decisions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Manage Trade Union matters and grievances.
- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and discipline.
- Handle accurate payroll and statutory compliance.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and appraisals.
- Support employee training and development programs.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal HR policies.
- Provide administrative and operational support for HR projects.
- Assist APAC branches in aligning with HR policies.
