Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Plan project schedules, manpower and site arrangements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams on site progress.
• Supervise installers and subcontractors to meet project specifications.
• Coordinate material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project costs, labour expenses and material usage.
• Ensure work quality, site safety and timely defect rectification.
• Track progress, maintain site records and support progress claims.
• Manage final inspections, handover and warranty-related defects.
